Return Fee: The shipping fee for returning the product belongs to the customer. Shipping fees incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund amount.


Exchange Policy

30 Days Right of Exchange: If you want to change the product in a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 30 days after receiving the product.

Exchange Process: Please visit our Exchange Request Form page for the product you want to exchange and follow the instructions. Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you the new product and receive the returned product.

Change Fee: Size or color changes are free of charge. No additional fee is charged for the exchange process.


Damaged or Defective Products

If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date. Return or exchange for damaged or defective products will be provided without any problems. In this case, the shipping fee for the return or exchange is covered by us.
